Through our CACD membership Univar embraces the Responsible Care program of the Chemistry Industry Association of Canada (CIAC). Our Agriculture Division sites comply with the rigorous warehousing standards of Crop Life Canada (CLC). The industrial chemical branches of Univar Canada in Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada have quality management systems registered by QMI-SAI to the current ISO 9001 standard. Similarly the industrial branches in BC, Alberta, and Ontario have environmental management systems registered by QMI-SAI as complying with the current ISO 14001 standard.
