You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 4.0 or higher, to read them.

PDF documents are marked with the PDF logo and the hot-linked document name with the *.pdf file extension. Acrobat Reader works within your browser. If you do not have Reader, you can download it by clicking the Acrobat button located at the top left of this page, and then follow the instructions.

For Internet Explorer users: 1. On the View menu of the browser, choose Options. 2. Click the Security tab. You will see an area at the bottom of that tab labeled Active Content. 3. Beneath Active Content, make sure Enable Java Programs is checked. If it is not checked, click its check box. 4. Click OK.

For Netscape users: 1. Click Options on the menu and then choose Network Preferences. 2. Click the Languages tab and verify that both the Enable Java and Enable JavaScript boxes are checked. 3. Click OK.
