 | Western Canadian growers in the black soil zone now have a new tool for improved broadleaf weed control and no compromise resistance management in their spring wheat and barley. Stellar provides superior control of hard-to-control annual broadleaf weeds including Group 2 resistant biotypes (including cleavers, hemp-nettle and volunteer canola) plus emerging weeds in the black soil zone like kochia.
Stellar is a combination of three highly effective active ingredients with two different modes of action – making Stellar an excellent tool to help growers manage the growth of herbicide resistant weed populations. Stellar is available in a 40 acre case that can be tank mixed with the leading straight grass weed control products that require a broadleaf tankmix - Axial and Everest. Stellar is also a non-residual product, so all major crops can be grown in rotation.
